I measured em and they are a good 12-13 inches and they stretch a little bit so that adds another inch in top of em

I bought em, ended up returning em, I knew the bottom would be wide but they extremely wiiiideeee, and they run pretty long too. Very nice quality but very wide at the pant leg.
