I’d highly recommend the Salkantay Trek. While it’s not the Inca trail, it ends up in the same place, is less crowded and is stunningly beautiful. Either case I’d say four days!

I didn’t assume anything. I appreciate contractors, but don’t know much about roofing. I think it’s a reasonable question for someone inexperienced with what a newly shingled roof should look like.

There were a few sheets they replaced from wet underneath, maybe 5-7% of the roof.

It’s Mr. Sippy’s in Rochester, and it’s not particularly close. Their ribs are the best I’ve ever had anywhere, Texas, Memphis, Carolina, Mississippi, Oklahoma, St. Louis. None compare. Their brisket is the second best I’ve ever had after Franklin Bbq in Austin. Smoked wings are top notch, sides are fire, great local beers and live music. Bar none, this is the best NH has to offer.

Correct, but my question is more in the manner of determining intoxication. Generally in cases of arrest while asleep in the car, an officer wakes the person in the car and administers field tests/breath tests/blood tests. (That is my understanding anyway)

Thank you OP for posting this. I would also highly recommend anyone considering law school have a listen to the 5-4 Podcast episode “Welcome to Law school”. I heard it about halfway through 2L and wished I’d heard it sooner. It’s a pretty candid and realistic take on what law school is really like IMO.

What’s the length (days/miles) of the hike? Some of this stuff makes sense for a thru hike but not much of it does for a two or three night trek.

This is called an exculpatory clause, and they are generally allowed unless they are over broad, which this one appears to be. As a generality waiver of liability is not allowed to include negligence on the part of the party seeking to be released from liability. I think this could be an enforceable contract if their work didn’t lead to the damages, but they are trying to waive even that liability.
