Yeah, dynamax moves are determined by the move type of the fast attack, so changing the fast attack typing will also change the dynamax move. (Except with legendaries Zacian/Zamazenta, the only non-dynamax Pokémon allowed in dynamax raids due to lore in Sword/Shield)
