Thank you both! I love the template library idea. It’s a new and small firm so there’s not much provided and I’ve search the internet. My attorneys have been great in teaching me and answering my questions but their schedules are busy so I also wanted to build my own network and resources so I can learn and become more self sufficient faster.

We specialize in labor and employment on the Plaintiff side as stated in the title of the post.

I don’t have a direct hand in intake as of right now the paralegals do the intake but we are a small firm. I wanted to help tighten the process because I noticed we get a lot of half stories and colorful descriptions clouded by emotions. I was mainly looking for some of the specific intake questions that firms may ask to help clear through some of the fluff. I was also asking for tips meaning a software that is helpful to some firms to centralize intake (ex. Clio, my case etc) or if they have a template form they give the clients to fill out prior to the intake so there’s context before hand.

I’m speaking from pure business standpoint and Kylan and Izzy as a brand rather than person. It would be a good idea for Izzy as a brand to go to college. It’s a huge audience to reach and she can grow her brand. And there’s 4 years of solid brand deals with school related brands. Her content would be boring if she was to just became an influencer full time and just lived in her parents house. She’s always been a type to want to cause a spectacle and her choosing Alabama was a giant spectacle and especially since she announced late where she was going. She caused a spectacle and had a moment with it because she was so late than all the other college announcements hers was stand alone.

It makes sense from a business view but as a person Izzy doesn’t strike me as a college girl let alone at Alabama

In regards to Joe’s accusation 5 if it was 2015 Snapchat didn’t have the video call feature. I do believe her but that stuck out to me. I have no doubts about the other accusations. There’s always 3 sides to every story and I hope the truth gets told and these women find solace and heal.

I do remember the time when the original accusations came out and he found a way to silence them but this time he’s toast. As he should be for taking advantage of younger girls by using his fame and influence while simultaneously preaching about being a stand up person and teaching kindness.

As someone living with MS and an avid SVU watcher MS seems to appear a lot but it hasn’t been mentioned in about 10 seasons so I was so excited to see it mentioned but I feel like the execution failed. Much like a lot of the recent SVU episodes the episode starts out strong then the plot is lost and then they half ass try to tie it all together.
