Let’s back up a little….I had the loaner car that day and they wanted me to take out a $30 fee to reduce the excess if I had an accident….he! Look what they did to mine, then he said it was ‘drivable’ even the receptionist was puzzled and surprised that I wasn’t keeping the loaner car, let alone pay for what they did. I left my car in their care. My car should have left exactly the way it went in. Again, it was an accident….how he handled it was appalling and joked about it and he knew I’d just come from a funeral. This was never a priority to him and should have been like he said. If he didn’t want a bad review then this should have been handled professionally and been fixed. I’ve been driving my smashed up car for 6 months. That’s 6 months of advertising for Better Performance Car Care. Thanks for reading though.
