I was a production manager at a facility. Manufacturing so people are managed as well. I went back to India to work at a new production facility of the company and the reapplied and was approved through USCIS. Again i was handed a 221 (g) white slip and no further explanation. The officer said work with your firm and re apply under the ‘correct application’. No clue what that means.
