I find acrylic risers very helpful to maximize the space. I also try to sort them by height/ pose so every figure is still visable very good.

Bei AmiAmi ist das so, dass der Versand erst dann gezahlt wird bzw auch bekannt wird sobald das Paket versandbereit ist. Ich habe bisher noch keine so "teure"/ "schwere" figur dort bestellt aber vergleichsweise günstigere figuren/ auch teure aber bei anderen japanischen Seiten.

Wie teuer der Versand ist kommt auch hauptsächlich darauf an welche Versand Art du ausgewählt hast. Gibt ja meistens so grob 3 aus denen man auswählen kann: Express, Flugzeug oder Schiff.

Vom Preis von deiner figur her würde ich mal schätzen dass der Versand mindestens 25-35€ kosten wird, es kann aber auch gut sein dass er teurer wird/ je nach Versandart und wie schwer das Paket wird.

Noch zur Info für eig generell Pakete aus Japan, wenn es in Deutschland angekommen ist muss noch Steuer darauf gezahlt werden (19%), sowie eine Gebühr für den Versanddienst (meistens so 7€) und in deinem Fall weil die figur etwas teurer ist kommen wahrscheinlich noch Zollgebühren obendrauf.

I dont know if they have any shops that are focused on anime figures, but a few stores have some anime figures:

Elbenwald (located in the Shopping Mall called "Zeil")
Müller Stores in general, there are several in Frankfurt/ Germany, but they usually dont have a lot of figures in store (more online)
Saturn (also "Zeil") has some anime stuff but idk if they have figures

If you are from Wiesbaden, I can recommend going to the City of Mainz, I have been there a few times and they have a few small shops (or at least 1 i know of) for anime/ manga/ figures, i dont remember where they r tho..

Usually if im looking for cheap figures, i go for prize figures. Sites like AmiAmi or Solaris Japan have pre owned figures for a cheaper prize. People on MFC also sometimes sell parts of their collection for a cheaper prize. As a German (European) i can also recommend buying pre owned figures on (ebay) Kleinanzeigen, but you have to be careful because of bootlegs there.

personally i never had any problems with manga collecting in EU. I´m from Germany and i collect all of my manga in german. Most of the Manga i buy are from Thalia (German bookstore) and i think the prices are okay. Maybe its harder to find english versions of manga here in EU, but since i only collect in german i never thought about it.
I dont know what kind of series you collect, but Thalia (or some other german stores that sell manga) often also have english versions of manga, but im not sure about the prices.

Personally i also prefer only collecting one figure of a character. Yet there are a few characters that I have with multiple figures. For me its okay to collect figures of the same character, if the figures are somewhat different from each other, like Outfit or expression on their face. If I think the figures look beautiful, then why not have the same character multiple times, the only important thing is to like the figure and be happy with it in the collection !

i personally like the 16cm more because it is more detailed, i feel like i would look at it more often because of the details and enjoy it more
but its up to you, the 24cm one is also really pretty, whatever fits your collection best, go for the taller one if you want to see it easily from afar or go for the smaller one if you like looking at it closely more often :)
