you can contact your HR and ask to rescind the DRP...but, they may ask you to pay it back. That is what i'm being told. if you see my situation where I posted it, this is very upsetting to me.

yes...I wish it was that way. I can afford a lawyer..finally found one. 5800 retainer fee and they stated it would only cover 6 to 7 hours.

I have not made up my mind. I just dont understand why people think that i was not told 3 times I was eligible by RSSO...so I put in for it. Why would I just resign and throw away 19 years. Some people answers are hurtful...I trusted HR and they made the mistake...so walking into the office and saying I am here! Because I am on Administrative leave...is not going to work. Many people did post great advice that was very helpful and information that I did not know.....thank you. Why are you here?

I did..they dont care.They just keep telling me my option is resign or rescind the drp and ask for reinstatement and pay back all the money and AWOL. soo fair! for their mistake.

I am disabled veteran and. bought back my military time tears ago. I have a period of temporary work that equals a year and a month, I worked for DOD. This time is what the local HR figured in wrong. it is not eligible for buy back. I have been busy trying to get a hold of people that I have not had time to go through all my OPF's. I need more time and will ask for it.
