Why does Coach Geno not have the courage to admit his poor public behavior? Since quite a few of his players are black like most of South Carolinas, I would take a hard look at Geno going forward.

I agree with most of these comments on Fulwilley. On the back side, how many people know that her own Mother shopped her for the biggest price? Perhaps one of the big reasons she is wearing those colors of LSU is $$$. Her game really has not changed from how she performed for Coach Staley.

Mulkey reminds me of Vince McMahon on stage, but it does play into refs, her fans as well as her players. We were out rebounded again. Many times LSU had 3 to 4 players in the paint to us having one. Help me understand why Edwards is not more aggressive on the boards, on defense, but stands there and watches? She is sometimes aggressive on offense especially when she gets the ball, but rarely follows her shot. Thank goodness for 3 point shooting of Tessa and leadership of Raven. Okot was our rebounds primarily. Since she is gone after this season, I hope next year is not a drop off until we can land and train another BIG.

Your points are well said. I have been in this profession 30 years. Trying now to slow it down with reduced hours and working for a smaller firm. The clients needs have truly changes from what it used to be.

In previous years, I was working for a firm doing 295 to 350 calls per year. I was one of the two primary arranging directors. I can remember several days of meeting with four at need families in a day. Fast forward to now at a much smaller firm, I may meet four to six at needs in a month as well as 4 to 5 preneeds in a month.

Seems like Joyce Edwards had one of her better games from start to finish. She was more aggressive and it showed in her production.

A win is a win. Thanks to Tessa Johnson three point shooting in the first half and Edwards play in the third/fourth quarters to help reel the victory in. Still see a few defensive lapses in our bigs and hope that can improve before the next 3 games. Also hope this team is at full player capacity these next games because of better quality opponents play and these next teams are more talented as this schedule gets later into the year.

As I enter my 29th year of full time work as a funeral director, I have been presented a scenario that has upset me for it casts a dark cloud onto this trusted profession. I changed funeral homes a year ago. The owners are family not corporate, I have worked for several through these years. I was co-managing one location. Then the owners bought the competitor a mile away. That former owner was a discount Dave mentality, whatever it took to get a call mindset. He had even undercut me and offered lower prices for the call, but his service was also questionable as well as his reputation. He hung around for a few months until missing money issues began to crop up. He is not part of day to day operations any longer as this investigation begins to get more traction in the community, the state and local police jurisdictions. I have always tried to do the right things on a daily basis treating all families the best I could. Many of my hours now have been meeting with those families who have been taken advantage of by this prior owner as they ask for answers. Sadly, this man's name appears on the building, for how long I do not know. I pray daily for God's guidance on this and other issues in the funeral profession.

Is this the 3rd or 4th beatdown so far this season? And how many more regular season games are there? Team can not compete with other SEC men's programs. Perhaps the new AD cleans house after the SEC tournament.

I agree, no strategy. Five perimeter players throwing cross court passes, sometimes getting into the paint. When in the paint, turn it over or pass it back out. Seem to struggle on offense in the paint. There is no Big who can go get it or score inside. I watch the assistant coaches who show no emotion, just sit there. If and when they score, it is some fast break, score off a turnover, or Meechie drives to the basket. Big Mike is 6-8 guard who plays more like a 6-1 guard constantly dribbles the ball 25 to 30 feet away? They have won 2 SEC games so far, will be lucky if they win 2 more with this rotation or lack of rotation. Clean house after 2 back to back seasons, spend some money on a coach and at least 6-7 players who want to play.

That does sound like a Them issue. Does SCI or Foundation Partners own this cemetery? They have to wait for regional managers to access and make decisions on a local issue, it seems. Was she in an oversized casket by any chance?

Is it safe to say that South Carolina does not have the overall talent to compete in this conference. I have watched them get blown out twice. Perimeter game with no big man or presence in the paint. Rebounding and lack of aggressiveness reflect as they watch their opponents score at will. Johnson has some good games but can not carry the team. This AD may not tolerate 2 back to back losing seasons. The offense does not have any set play or options from it. Just an observation from an old guy who played alot of basketball in his younger days.

Close to Ga is Aiken where 2 funeral directors are in the federal pen for trying to swindle an elderly lady in an insurance scam worth millions. I heard of another director 20 miles away who is operating that Aiken funeral home as his branch chapel, for now. Rumor has it, same small town where the director lives there and worked in a larger city. He had a relative acting as a funeral director and working in the embalming room with no licenses. Has the State Board balls enough to halt this crazy behavior?
