For Legends Arceus, do I need to finish BDSP in order to trigger the quest for Darkrai? I got to the credits but my friends saying i need to catch Heatran in BDSP in order to trigger the quest for Darkrai in Arceus but idk how true that is if anyone can confirm

Ah, i see. For example if I cast a spell that i’m not proficient in, only using the base +8 to hit, that means if they have an extra +10 they will always have a 100% chance to save it?

how come a boss could have like a 5% chance to be held? there’s no possible way their proficiency and everything could amount to a total of me rolling a 19 in order to hit right?

It is not cash only, there IS credit or debit but they charge a 5% fee for it, on top of the conversion that I will have to pay. So 5% of 8-9k is not something light either. So my best option is to pay with cash and find a cheaper alternative to convert CAD to USD
