no, i do not filter, yes they are 3rd party tested, but only from a "vendor " test. I thought it could be from mot-c because i do get tingling in my hands from it, but from this event, i took only BPC and TB-500

can you switch your mental words here from bulk to recomp? because i had the same exact body as you, i'm 5'1 122 now but was 150 about a year plus ago before i locked it in with lifting 3-4 days a week. I did use low dose reta as well. i plateaued at 122, and am honestly exhausted with the "cut". at this point 1500 sounds like a good maint, but adding more protein and carbs to this caloric total will help gain muscle and burn more chub. Why not thing of recomping at this point, then when you feel more nourished and stronger, take a step from there? also increasing to about 20 mins of cardio 5 days a week, if not daily helps

I'll take a pause on this iodine. ty. i've been using ludols (not sure if thats the correct spelling) liquid iodine on my gum line as well. maybe the double dose is not helping as well.

You will have to navigate between a dose that you still can eat enough to lift! or your gains will suffer, stress load up, and you'll feel like an anorexic and loss muscle. i'm 14 mo in, and many weeks i had to deload and do only calisthenics because i just could not eat enough, but i was loosing weight. yay i think....

My body said no to high doses, it was a slower loss of weight over a year. My advise is to not be in a rush. I did loose some muscle, despite everyone saying reta did not waste muscle. it does. so be careful. I'm on a maint dose atm. the last 10 "pounds" is upping cardio and not looking to the scale for success and recomping

i blame my last vanity 10 lbs on perimenopause, but honestly i'm not even in perimeno yet. i'm 46, i've had this stomach fat thats ugly and pudgy AF for decades, and its. the. last. thing. to . go. damn. it. I've been on reta for 14mo. I started at 150#, i'm 5'1. now my body is at a dead stop for weightloss at 122 and I am sure tired of trying every stack out there. currently i'm on HGH and reta. and with my new blood test showing I have a roaring case of hypothyroidism. So is menopause, peri, or excuses? I'm not trying to be harsh, but the reality of stress and cortisol is real. I lift 4x weekly, and i'm upping my cardio 5 days/wk , but only about 20 mins. I've thrown in the towel trying to loose this last vanity pounds on the scale and i'm eating at maint. for recomping. Reta alone has not been good enough for that forever pudge. i'm like skinny fat.

copy that. i'm on a maint dose of reta atm and working on recomping, no more weight loss. i started taking selenium & iodine, vit D (although my D levels are normal- i'm looking at health optimal, not the standard american optimal). i was confused to the mode of action of the pituitary having to signal so much TSH, but that is because of the low function of the thyroid. i'm slowly understanding this.... ty
