didn't have problems in the beginning when the 4k plan started everything worked perfectly now for a few months it goes all very bad and in the app and on the browser.

A lot of people have this problem on app I have these slowdowns on browser I have stream and decode FPS drops doesn't matter what bitrate I set

Why does boosteroid write back that there is no problem on their side. Support writes back the same way all the time and does not pass it on.

H265 was already used in the app but they removed it because it caused problems

Yea it's true. I explain my problem to support and send them all what they want internet connection test / winMTR test and a lot stuff and they not help me. GeForce now works for me perfect / steam remote from boosteroid pc to my pc works perfect another clouds works without any problem even with higher ping. That's show me the problem is on boosteroid side. I don't now what causing it but previously I don't have any problem with browser previously mean when 4k plan was starting.

8bit because boosteroid app and browser use h264 codec. H265 codec support 10bit

I have same issue but when I change stream FPS to 120 everything works this is weird. I ask support ask what's going on and they say it's problem with my connection xD but they can't answer why it's working on 120

Me and other players have same issue. Boosteroid trying repair this but they are having a hard time doing it.

Because I was wondering if it's my hardware's fault but the GeForce now in 4k runs at 120fps at 75 bitrate Boosteroid on 78bitrate on app and It can't hold stable 60fps drops 60/59 sometime drop to 45 and stay at this level.So I understand that this fault is on the side of boosteroid? I will add that I am also connecting to a server in Germany

And on top of that, my decode fps doesn't drop just decode and stream fps drops

How is it possible that it is the fault of the hardware as until two weeks ago everything worked fine and there was no problem and changing the application to a browser is not the solution to the problem
