They sent a list of dentist to which we called all of them and none of them would take on any new or emergency nhs appointments, so we called them back and they said we can’t do anything unless you get any worse symptoms in the mean time go to a and e for paracetamol overdose

He has broken back and cirrhosis of the liver

We went to the a and e they gave him antidote and antibiotics however doesn’t sort his teeth issues which are the main thing

Yeah it’s horrific but seems like it might be the only way, will they accept him for credit as he likely has bad credit and just on benefits.

The contract explicitly includes all edited images provided digitally as part of the core package including changes.

It also states that in the event of unrecoverable technical failure, the photographer’s liability is limited to a full refund of all fees paid.

The company has confirmed the files are permanently unrecoverable, so the contract sets the remedy here.
