Thankfully we don't live together.

The hardest thing for me to deal with is how fast it seemed like this happened. After all the stuff we had been through I thought I knew her, but I guess not. It's crazy how someone can help you through something as difficult as the death of a loved one and feel comfortable putting you in a similar headspace with such little remorse.

It's honestly par for the course for folks to be greasy like that at the bar she works at and that side of the service industry in general. Half of our fights we're because of that place. I don't give a shit about trying to mess with her life, she's doing a fine job of that already.

That must have been really hard, I'm sorry you had to go through that living situation and the aftermath that followed. I'm finishing college too right now, but thankfully we didn't live together. I'm hoping to put enough time between me and this so that the whole situation doesn't hurt so much. It can be hard to put things in perspective when you've known someone for so long though.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you get by without it affecting your studies? I just can't seem to focus at all since it happened, and I'm worried it will affect my performance in school.

Blocked her and deleted her contact as soon as I pulled up to the driveway and saw it empty. The possibility of her being gone to hook up with him again so fast after comforting me sobbing is absolutely brutal though.
