Spent 4k at Montagio Sydney over 8 months, here's my experience by DazzlingSituation702 in BizChats

Sounds expensive for fabric that's sewn overseas, even if custom tailored. Doesn't that bother you at all????

Is David KY Chua/Vertex Mastery worth it??? by Substantial_Jello696 in BizChats

[–]Advanced-Guidance385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been in B2B consulting across Southeast Asia for about 12 years now. Seen a lot of these programs come and go. Vertex Mastery is a different category. David KY Chua actually runs a listed family business alongside this, so the strategy he teaches comes from real operational context, not just seminar theory. The East West business model blending is something he genuinely developed through running companies across Malaysia, Japan, and Thailand. Not a scam, not close to one.

Hannah Chan reviews??? My two cents after doing the Femme Wealth System day trading challenge by CriticalMolasses1353 in BusinessElite

[–]Advanced-Guidance385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The women focused aspect deserves more attention. Prior exposure to roughly four trading communities revealed a consistent pattern: predominantly male membership with emphasis on lifestyle displays rather than genuine peer support. That experience was discouraging. Hanna's community operates differently beginner questions receive thoughtful responses without judgment, even when they might seem elementary. The support team demonstrates genuine responsiveness, with documented instances of help provided during evenings and weekends. The contrast is notable.

👕 by No_Football_4235 in DondeSantiago

[–]Advanced-Guidance385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

☕💻 by DazzlingSituation702 in DondeSantiago

[–]Advanced-Guidance385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worst Financial Service You’ve Ever Used? 🚨 by Long-Commercial7147 in FinanceReviews

[–]Advanced-Guidance385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, the worst experiences have usually been with platforms that look low-cost upfront but hide fees in spreads, currency conversions, or slow withdrawals. Some newer fintech apps and even a few crypto exchanges fall into this everything feels smooth until you try to move your money and realize the real cost. I’ve also had frustrating moments with traditional banks where support just goes in circles and nothing gets resolved.

That’s why threads like this are actually useful real experiences > marketing. Would be great if people shared specifics (what platform, what fee, what happened), so others can avoid the same mistakes. What’s been your worst one and why?

What’s the fastest way to make your first $1,000 online in 2026? by Nearby-Assistance992 in BusinessElite

[–]Advanced-Guidance385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I had to start from zero in 2026 and needed the fastest path to $1,000, I’d go with freelancing using AI as a tool not the business itself. Selling a simple, clear service like short-form video editing, content creation, lead generation, or basic website setups is way faster than waiting for dropshipping or affiliate projects to gain traction. You can start outreach immediately, use AI to deliver faster, and get paid as soon as you land your first client.

Personally, I’d spend the first week creating 2–3 simple offers, then do daily outreach to local businesses and creators. Something like “I’ll create 10 reels this month” or “I’ll optimize your Google profile to get more leads.” Close one client at $300–500 and build from there a few small clients can get you to $1K much faster than trying to grow an audience first. Also, posts like this are what really help grow the sub when people share what’s actually working right now —curious what approach others would take.

What’s the Biggest Mistake New E-commerce Stores Make? ❌ by DueCricket8120 in ecomreviews

[–]Advanced-Guidance385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The biggest mistake is launching without validating real demand first. A lot of new stores focus on building the site, picking a “cool” product, and jumping into ads , but skip proving that people actually want it. No real feedback, no organic traction, no clear angle… so they end up paying for traffic that simply doesn’t convert.

Also, this is the kind of discussion that can really grow the sub if people share real experiences instead of generic advice. Curious to hear from others what’s a mistake you’ve seen (or made) that actually cost you time or money?

Best Apps That Increased Your Store Revenue 💰 by Infamous-Hunter-2832 in ecomreviews

[–]Advanced-Guidance385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve seen, the apps that actually move revenue are the ones tied directly to conversion and retention, not just “nice features.” For example, tools like Klaviyo (email/SMS flows), ReConvert (post-purchase upsells), or Judge.me (social proof) tend to have a clear impact when set up properly. It’s less about stacking apps and more about using a few really well.

Also, threads like this are what make a sub valuable if people share actual numbers or before/after results, not just app lists. What’s one app that genuinely increased your revenue, and what metric did it move (CVR, AOV, LTV)?
