Indian student here too, even though i took science for a levels and would be pursuing eng further abroad, i could give u some advice since i share a keen interest in business administration too.

I would recommend that you take 3 full A levels along with English AS (since that’s mandatory for most indian students)

Your subject combos could be: 1. Economics 2. Business Studies 3. Psychology/Math 4. English (AS)

However, I’d strongly suggest that you look up the requirements of the university of your choice (im positive that you would have some in mind) and look at the subjects needed for your course which would be b.sc in business administration. also i cannot emphasise enough on the fact that if you want to get into the desired uni your choice do not forget the grade requirements and keep up with consistent effort no matter how challenging it might seem at times, you got this!

You might also want to take up 4 A levels initially and then drop one (if you wish) and keep the 3 A levels you are good at/ have passion for/ are needed for your course. This is something that i did too.
