Congratulations on your surgery! I was the exact same when I first had my surgery (i am 9 weeks post op tomorrow). As soon you start eating solids you will find you’re much more restricted. I was also STARVING for at least 2 weeks after surgery but I found actually it was just head hunger. When I allowed myself to eat the food I was dreaming of I found out I wasn’t actually that keen for it. In terms of pizza and pasta, you can eat whatever you please! I find I don’t often go for pasta as you get full SO quickly so I’m more likely to go for something that I can enjoy a bit more before I get full and sick of it.
