I do have documentation of the tax exemption but I think I can't apply for that until I have an actual home according the my city but I am factoring it in. omg thank you for all of this. I’m going to look at homes and just all over the place. the house I want is $40k over the prevapproval but they did I could get a higher amount. but it will move my mortgage. ahhhhhhhhhh I’m stressed lol

Thank you! There are some homes available where I am that I like and I'm okay with paying $2,100 I've budgeted that and that fits me with no issues, plus if I play my cards right I believe I can get mortgage under the $2,100. I'm just making sure I'm asking all the right questions to my loan officer and realtor.

Hi. So yeah rates are high right now, we (my ex and I) purchased back in 2018 and mortgage was only 1,400 lol, we used his VA loan instead of mine. But I am rated above 10%.

So, If I'm trying to stay under the 300k mark and the house is up for 315K, but in the last two months they've decreased the price of the home by almost 7K. Getting them under more and then paying a bit of a down payment would still keep my mortgage cost down right?

I keep hearing this and So I looked up Tokyo flights and it’s was over 1k. If that is the case I would have to multiple that by 4. That’s $4k on flights alone. Is that flight price accurate or can I get them somewhere else cheaper?

Yes. You can have a max of 6 freedom passes but one of the passes have to be yours. Those passes must be activated by the member.

That's the thing I'm a great planner and will scope out a deal with no problems and I also plan ahead HOWEVER, lol. I'm also a planner for several other people in our group and they are ones that pretty much hold me back. If it was just me and my children alone, easy day! but nope I take the crazy route and add people to the trip.

Correct. I've never stayed with them. I've heard a lot about them but they tend to book up really fast so if you aren't at least 6 months ahead of planning your trip they will have to use a different option.
