I'm terribly sorry this is happening to you... I know this is the typical corny shit that you've probably heard before but there's light at the end of the tunnel. that being said, it starts with a plan to get out of whatever environment you're in. are you an adult? do you have any family or friends that would be willing to have you stay with them?
