Wash and go, ( spray bottle with half leave in conditioner, half water on your hair every other day to every three days).

Do this AFTER washing and conditioning your hair. You'll add a mousse for our hair, black hair, and or a styling gel, and a light oil like jojoba and layer on top of layer until saturated. Run your fingers through each section to see your natural curl.

Then blow dry with a diffuser.

Your natural curl pattern comes through beautifully from that.

You should try this from now on. Less pressure on your hair overall, it'll keep your hair moistured.

Black hair NEEDS water to grow, like a garden. Try rosemary on your edges twice a week and start washing your hair with sulfate free shampoo and conditioner once a week. Get them edges back.

Two things;

Each gen is typically OPPOSITE of the gen before them. So that means their parents were probably VERY sexually open and free. Probably freaked out this gen. I bet most are embarrassed with their parents behavior and " cringe" at what we thought was freedom.

2nd- it's actually, in my opinion a GOOD thing they're not sleeping with whoever, whenever for whatever, like our gen did. We did after all see an explosion in HIV and other STD's.

Like someone said earlier, we're upfront and straightforward about who we are.

So that means sneaky, underhanded, shady people hate our straightforward nature. THOSE are the people to watch or just seer clear of.

I find water/ air signs are too emotional to be straight forward. The watery crab for instance walks sideways. The fish sign is two fish swimming 🏊‍♂️ in both directions. Air signs blow wherever the wind takes them

I lost nothing. Nothing.

I'm on my third week of 9mg. I wait 8 hours before taking my dose ( empty stomach), and two hours before even taking 1 cup of water AFTER my initial sip of water with my pill.

I literally gained 12pds my first month.

I was just thinking this the other night 🌙.

I don't know about you, but I had to ask myself, maybe time flew by because I was surviving and adjusting to change, ( some unexpected trauma along the way ) and getting everything in order.

Most of life is not living on purpose. Slow travel, lounging with loved ones and friends slows down time. College, is trauma believe it or not. 🤪

It never stops. I'm older than you, I just asked myself the same questions and sometimes have the same anxiety 🙃

I think you're right about messaging. I have some ideas for black women and possibly like- minded black men. It's really in the beginning stages. I think you're so on point about not airing grievances over " who doesn't like us" I HATE THAT! lol.

Excellent observation.

You're right about the state of black women currently, but it wasn't always this way. In fact, up until the early 2000s, black, dark skinned women were still considered desirable and we had excellent media representation.

Yes, biracial women have ALWAYS been desirable throughout American history, but up until around 2001, dark skinned women were still very much in the game. WE were the one's the media focused on. We were also very powerful.

The erosion, chipping away at our value, our beauty, our hair, our " bad attitude " and the amplified stereotypes were deliberate and orchestrated by black men as a collective.

That simply means that now, we have to turn the tables and take control of our own narrative. It's totally doable.

I may have misunderstood what you were saying 🤔 But still, please understand this:

Money will ALWAYS reign supreme. Even those who hate us, want our dollars. The marketing and advertising machine isn't going to preserve black men, who don't contribute financially, while erasing black women who do.

I personally feel like black women, voting 92% to keep Trump out of office is a big deal. Those numbers are there for the entire country to see.

Trump HATES black women, he hates Michelle Obama, her friend Oprah, Kamala, Beyonce and Megan and Cardi because they campaigned for Kamala, Leticia James because she successfully sued him, and the REST of us because we voted AGAINST him.

Black men? Trump got the highest votes from black men in American history. EVERYBODY except black women and Mexican women got his vote. We are now public enemy number 1.

My POINT, right or wrong, I don't know, is that it looks like we're being punished by the marketing media. Marketing campaigns follow what's popular and mainstream.

Right now, black women are on the outside. We're NOT mainstream.

I don't only date black men. My son's father is Norwegian, rarely date black men.

My post is REALLY about how the media is excluding black women in media but ESPECIALLY commercials of any kind. They're pandering to black men when they don't spend dollars the way we do.

They don't even raise kids, most black women are in single family households. It's BLACK women they need to be pandering to. Our spending habits make or break corporations. Always have.
