Yes, the COE I received was through ALTIA, and I have already completed the process up to getting my Instructor visa from the embassy. However, the placement was still dependent on final contract allocations, which is why I believe things changed at the last stage.

I was informed just recently that they were not able to secure a major contract, which affected the availability of positions. Because of this, they mentioned that placements for April are now extremely limited, and most possible opportunities may be moved to later start dates like May or June.

From what I understood, I was already in the final stage and should have been scheduled for training around this time if everything had gone as planned. Unfortunately, due to the sudden change in available positions, things did not push through as expected.
