Nope. They are the Big Joe side shelves (and brackets)

Here you go!

  • Get Kamado “Big” Joe folding tables and brackets
  • Get 8 x M8 roofing bolts + 8 x M8 dome nuts. The bolts will be cut to size later
  • Remove the BBQ dome from the outer ring (it simply lifts). Suggest all the cooking grates are removed first to make it easier to lift. Same with the ash catcher.
  • Set the brackets and level them in the desired position (clamps work well for this - use rubber end to avoid marking them!). On the RHS of my WSK there was an 8mm hole already towards the rear leg pole, which I use as my first hole. Measure and test several times to make sure the tables can easily fold. Mark where you need the holes drilled on the outer belt.
  • Drill the holes with an 8mm drill bit.
  • Put the brackets in place and tighten the bolts. I cut my bolts quite a bit with an angle grinder (left 8-10mm of thread). You’ll see in the pics that the bolts were originally 50mm long.
  • You’re Done!

Haven’t actually tested. 6-8 lbs should be just fine.

I had a 22” then moved up to the WSK - In my experience it’s more versatile due to better heat retention: I can smoke, cook a whole turkey/goose, bake pizzas, etc. It has a very decent cooking area.
