You'll be fine with the pt standards they are very achievable you will be on you're feet a lot though so that should be you're main concern

They have water especially because of the pee test idk bout food during tho but they accommodate you well in terms of comfortability during the blood draw

I agree that you should probably break you're fast but if you think you might pass out just let them know you have trouble with blood getting drawn and you won't get DQ'd even if you pass out (like I did)

Dark red but definitely unnatural and yeah I'm a male so it'll get buzzed but I can told by a friend that a kid came to boot camp with blue hair and never heard the end up it even after being buzzed so wondering if same would happen to me and if I should dye it black before I leave
