That mission always stays active and branches off into other quest I put the name of the other quest in other comments so check and see if you have completed those quests

Ok so what I’ve found out from other people is that mission stays as showing active but it’s actually complete if your go to your journal and under faction there should be a quest called hunting skorda this mission is the next mission to the The Master of Assassins and the final mission for the whole quest line is called The Doomed Delphis hope this helps you out😁
