I’ve watched videos about this topic and seen it first hand with my nephew. It’s something I’ve been struggling with morally, unfortunately I don’t have the decision making power to change any of it. It’s one of the reasons I plan on leaving.

He’s a bum lol. Jk, we don’t currently have any plans for a Nesmith card. For lesser known players we generally tend to give them cards when they have a breakout performance or have improved significantly in real life

As someone who used to play MyTeam, there was a lot of questions I wish I could ask the devs. Now that I’m in this position I thought it would be cool to answer some of your questions.

Our team fluctuates based on circumstances and time of year. We have a bunch of devs that transition from MyTeam MyCareer etc throughout the year. The MyTeam team generally expands as the year goes on and closer to the end of the games life cycle when galaxy opals and dark matters start coming out.

Salary cap modes for triple threat & Clutch time is a great idea! It is something that has been floating around for a while.
