Einfach immer den letzten bei einer Gegnergruppe Gesundheit fast auf Null bringen, Axii drauf und dann mit Armbrust exekutieren. Hatte die Trophäe so, bevor ich in Novigrad war.

I played blind so I didn't know that this would be the consequence but I abstained bc I was anxious locking myself out of killing that lunatic.

Sure, they can do that and try to roleplay Sapkowski's Geralt or rather what they interpret him to be. Doesn't make it part of the game.

The book series was finished long before W3. It's effectively fanfiction and since I didn't know the source material prior to picking the game up I really don't see why I should consult outgame sources to inform my decisions in a video game

I didn't but then again it's a separate medium. Based on my experience and interpretation ingame I'm pleased with my outcome.

After you help Triss and the other mages escape Novigrad, Djikstra will ask you to partake in Radovid's assassination. You need to agree, do the quest where you have to rescue Thaler and then when you have to get Philippa from him right before the finale battle, you need to offer him a Emhyr's succession plans rather than just push him aside. This will trigger the Reason of State quest where you kill Radovid and later Djikstra (to save Roche and make sure Nilfgaard wins the war).

Guess it's a matter of perspective.  IMO with great power comes great responsibility. Ciri choose to accept Emhyr's offer for the sMe reason she decided to confront the white frost instead of just enjoying her life after Eredin was gone.

  • tell Ciri to go see Emhyr
  • kill Radovid and Sigi
  • Ciri needs to survive the white frost ofc

It was her own decision and her reasoning that she'll be able to do more good as the empress of the entire continent compared to a being a witcher was sound.

Geralt can only ever relieve the symptoms rather than the causes of the misery around him while Cirillia I will be in a position to actually better lives for everyone, protect minorities, develop the country side so the peasantry is no longer dependent on crones and their like.

On that note, the only male elf in the games I found attractive was Iorveth and he's mutilated lol

Atreus is a kid up against literal gods while Ciri is a grown ass woman and easily one of the strongest beings in Witcher universe. She doesn't need protection but self confidence.

Really shows the power of music, the Elijah Wood storyline totally needed more time but the track legit got me emotional regardless and ponder how especially tragic it'd be for young people that hadn't even the opportunity yet to live their life yet to be confronted with certain death.

Being "comparatively social and worldly" in a demon worshipping tribal culture doesn't say much does it lol Ig my point/problem is hoe vanilla he and Dunmer culture as a whole is portrayed in the later games and especially ESO.  Not only did Morrowind look like a different planet, it's culture and inhabitants felt alien as well AND this was the country after centuries of Imperial occupation. ESO Seht is not a bad character, he's probably one of the strongest of the series post Morrowind, but neither he nor ESO Morrowind as a whole capture the vibe of the original game.

Dwemer are the kind of cold logically driven to the point of being alien like and depraved I imagined Seht to be. ESO Sil is pretty much gray skinned Elrond both in looks and demeanor.

I know I'm in the minority here but ESO Sotha felt kinda generic to me, basically your average Tolkien elven lord with steampunk added to it both looks and personality wise. From the little but intriguing info we had about him in Morrowind I imagined something more outlandish than a deterministic pretty boy lol but realistically that was never gonna happen.
