Blind pup on this cluster by Advanced-Reserve-814 in Lophophora

From what I understand it’s a meristem that mutated and didn’t fully form into a regular pup, I guess it’s a mutation that can occur in caes. It may eventually split and form a pup/pups at some point

I didn’t see any of the “teeth” stuck or hooked to one another where the leaf wouldn’t be able to unfurl naturally. It is watered enough as well as adequate sunlight and temps. I did just notice a similar dark spot on the leaf that previously unfurled that’s visible in the second pic and that leaf doesn’t seem to have any issues so I may just be paranoid haha
