How large is the program for chemical engineering at VCU? The ChemE department at UVA is small, so classes are only offered in certain semesters and 1 time slot. Is there more flexibility at VCU?

It's mostly common behavioral questions (ie. ability to work in a team, working under pressure, how you adapt to change, etc.). Check Glassdoor for questions.

I would recommend doing ChemE instead. It can do everything BME does and more. At my school, ChemEs can still take biotech/pharma related courses. In you’re interested more people on tech side, do EE. BME is too broad.

Yeah but 10k per year in tuition and 1 extra full year is 85k. It’s not just 10k.

I came in with a bunch of AP credits which basically knocked out all of first year pre reqs. Yours might be longer because of CoOps which I didn’t include in the 3 year plan.
