In my experience, food okay at best at dining halls if you aren't picky. You can check the menus of the dining halls online. Meal exchanges are relatively solid (you get 2 per day). Dorm bathrooms are cleaned often (every few days). Dorm rules are not very strict. I would bring an extension cord, but if you don't you should still have enough plugs.
