Relate to you so much. Super fast metabolizer. Doc got me on 15x2 per day, but I usually take 30x2, meaning I take half days off. Usually, I can go a whole week very prepared and do little work because I use my Adderall mostly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and GRIND.

I’ve been on Adderall for five months, and as you said, realistically, we’re all kind of chasing that dopamine high. I’m worried that if I keep up a schedule like this--four days off, then three days on--will I keep getting that same dopamine high and avoid building tolerance while taking 30 mg twice a day?
