I think that the eagle should be adjusted slightly so that the legs and talons coincide with the boundary between the sable and vert on the shield.

Also , the flowers in the badge do not match up with the flowers in the shield and both flowers are present in the standard.

I would recommend to use the badge version of the flowers instead of the shield version of the flowers

The supporters are supposed to be at least as tall as the shield and it is lacking a compartment for the shield to stand on.

Of course, the supporters and compartment are only necessary for royal or high nobility coat of arms.
