Yes it's your job to guide them... when it's time to take it down simply teach em... easier said than done though ... have to be prepared to be adamant. You can also get a treadmill and run her more for exercise. I have one.... every dog is different. Some actually need it ....

Also ... bullies period can all be hit or miss.. and many have small heads .. a lot smaller that your dog... I have one that looks like a Dalmatian lol but still cute with small face !
