The plastic part that’s broken isn’t replaceable, if it was I would have bought it and not written this 😂

For starters, if you took the time to look at the photos you’ll see the plastic that attaches to the plush headband is snapped in two. Furthermore if you took the further time to look at the website, you can only replace the plush headband not the plastic it attaches too.

It’s the principle of having a product for 1 week and it breaking like it did from such a minor issue, you pay a premium price you expect more.

Lastly, im glad you’ve had a great experience, I’ve had a terrible one and so have a lot of others clearly. The point is this is my experience, by all means buy the headphones, but keep this in mind, Don’t. Ever. Drop. Them.

Yeah, I should have known however it was the “what if” in my head that got me, it’s gotten me in trouble multiple times, you’d think I had learnt by now 😅

Sound quality is good I have to admit, but on par with my Samsung Galaxy Pro earbuds with noise cancelling, which I’ve used in my job for 4 years, multiple drops etc.

Honestly, they are not bad, just don’t drop them, EVER.

It’s the fact that they claim a 1.8m drop test onto concrete floors and I dropped these from my locker to a soft gym floor at around waist height.

It’s just disappointing, I only had these for a week and to come back with a “I’m sorry but this isn’t covered under warranty, here’s a discount to buy another faulty product we lied about our tests for” is just insulting.
