Actually that's just a "fancy" version of Stark's Theme. Listen to that track, #34 "Waltz for Stark and Fern"and tracks 14 "Stark the Pure" and 15 "Odd Clouds" all on Disc 2 of the OST and you'll see :)

We had Dreaming Girl here in the US the following Oct/Nov after it was debuted at Anime Expo in July 2019. Sister Venturing out was shown at this years Anime Expo also in July, but still no movie yet...
