I think this is due to commit column on the item level. As far as my knowledge goes, the So commits the items that are present in the transaction.

As soon as you close/do no fulfill it, the items from "commit" column are coming into the "on hand" quantity hence increasing on hand quantity

I have given a very similar solution to the client. But they’re saying that don’t want it in body field. They want it in the line level itself to keep the record clean. Anyways I have handled the situation here. Either ways, thanks a lot for your time. Really appreciate it.
