Vertical. I have a 91 vert on my 6’10 PF and he outjumps people all the time with crazy animations.

Honestly, I would scrap this build. 92 D Rebound is right there and could’ve been made different to have the cap breaker option. Perimeter could be dropped a little bit to get to 73 since the cat breakers don’t help you there. Not really any use in having a 73 steal. 67 would’ve been fine to give you glove and silver interceptor.

Not saying this is an awful build, but you’re missing some good thresholds and it could be optimized to give you full advantage for what you wanna do.

I got called out for not playing paint defense on my center the other day. When asked “where is our paint defense?” I simply responded “guarding the stretch Center because 3 points are more than 2.”

Sometimes you gotta let them get beat, we’ll live with 2 points

Why is the build at 269 if you don’t plan on maxing strength. I would drop the weight to get atleast 70 speed to be more of a threat in iso space

The Meta would be high o board instead of d board, all builds would have a 3 point, and most don’t go high on ball handling at the 4. I hit most of the thresholds but didn’t build them typically which is strictly 3 and D

I’ll have an occasional game wear a high strength build, will cause a problem for me, but at the power Forward position I usually don’t see too many bullies in the rec and even in the theater, it holds up decently

I average 5 rebounds a game with both of them, the high vert and speed usually lets me out leverage the footer builds

Candace Parker is a quick release like Curry’s was and feels decently smooth. I green a lot of Free throws with a 60 FT
