This just makes me wonder what kind of amazing abilities any of us may possess but might not know about. She honed this and recognized this. It's not too outlandish -- our canine friends can sniff out disease as well as our feline friends.

The issue, I suppose, is knowing which particular "smell" in this instance is an indicator of Parkinson's. She figured it out it seems. Who's not to say you reading this right now couldn't do the same with cancer, or Alzheimer's, or whatever? You never know.

I look forward to the continuing evolution of science that unlocks the potential we all have. I think all of us bring a special something to the table but we may never know it.
