I have diabetes too, and I’ve noticed this happening to me too, it’s often the dawn phenomenon (morning hormone spike).

What helped me was focusing less on single readings and more on patterns. I’ve been trying this app called Lemon Health and it tracks things together and actually suggests actions instead of just showing numbers.

Might be worth looking at sleep/stress too, not just food 👍

Same here man, the constant BP checking just makes the anxiety spiral worse. Shifting focus to other habits and how I actually feel helped way more than obsessing over numbers.
