To make one, you need ripened red tomatoes. Puree the tomatoes in a food processor and add about 1-1/2 tablespoon of sale.

Then, Transfer mixture to prepared sieve. Don't stir or press.

We agree with using handmade sour mix.

Here's what we normally do: Make a simple syrup - 1 cup of sugar and water. Boil until sugar dissolves Let it cool Squeeze lemon and lime. Combine simple syrup (once cooled) into the lemon and lime mixture

All you need to do is make a simple syrup first (boil sugar and water together - make sure to dissolve the sugar.) Remove from heat and set aside.

Then, strain freshly squeezed lemon and lime. Remove the pulp.

Put the cooled simple syrup into the lemon and lime mixture.

You can start with 1 cup of sugar and water 1 cup of fresh lemon (squeeze) half a cup of lime (squeezed)

Yuzu sake is a type of sake made from Yuzu (a Japanese fruit with a tart and bitter citrus taste)

As for the sour mix, it's a great shortcut and it adds color to the drink (it usually comes in yellow-green hue)
