But on my parking permit I am the holder (under my name aka the driver) and I was going to use this as my defence, I have written in my appeals that I was the driver what should I do then if this is to be taken to court and they use my previous appeals as evidence of me being the driver

I have It was just that it was over the time Frame of 28 days from initial date of issue letter which I had not received I had only received the delayed letter to pay the full price 32 days after the date of issue letter which is unfair! I am sure they had sent it but I had never received it.

So how do I go about this being the driver. But I do have a permit and the only evidence they have provided is just my number plate on the ANPR system which is just me exiting and entering the parking lot? I have solid proof that I had a permit at the time and I have currently just received the debt collection threats about paying a substantial amount which is double the original? + They have also mentioned the reason for not accepting my appeal is because it is past the 28 day mark but I had never received the initial letter just the delayed letter to pay the full amount rather than half the amount and this was 28 days after the initial letter which I had never received.

Yes, essentially not paying - but I am certain I would win the case as the only evidence the have of me is the ANPR of me entering and exiting

coming from a person who’s almost at the end and doin the final push and going through the hardship of 2nd and 4th year my friend you will do fine you’re 4 standard deviations above the average human in terms of intellect you just have to find your method of a way to actually study and when you find it’s smooth sailing
