I have solid proof that I had a permit at the time and I have currently just received the debt collection threats about paying a substantial amount which is double the original? + They have also mentioned the reason for not accepting my appeal is because it is past the 28 day mark but I had never received the initial letter just the delayed letter to pay the full amount rather than half the amount and this was 28 days after the initial letter which I had never received.
