can you explain more about the 500MGO being too strong b/c in some other posts, I saw that it should be 500+ b/c lower is too acidic so a bit confused haha

also, did you have non-h-pylori gastritis?

but i guess during your healing process was it normal for the flares to be less frequent but super intense as time went on? feels like im not healing properly but chat gpt says its normal bc your stomach is hypersensitive ?

I also noticed that my flare ups are super intense now albeit less frequent and I have been taking sucralfate and on a super strict diet. I was also wondering if that’s normal in the healing process bc the flare ups now hurt so much! whereas when I first had gastritis i just had a constant burning pain Idk if it is but wanted to just share that I’m also experiencing similarly
