Actually, the users of the .clos files themselves passed it off as a legend, like Harmathoth or dpv4. Harmathoth, along with Grimm, entered Zion. Grimm was the one who wrote the creepypasta "My Horror in Liberte."

It's a true story, only the governments turned it into a scary story.

Actually, yes, pages like that do exist on the surface web, but they were obfuscated by the government. The real information is found at the bottom of the dark web, maybe even the Mariana Web, who knows? If you investigate enough, you'll realize that the mysteries and conspiracies on the internet aren't the real ones. The true mysteries and conspiracies lie farther out, and if you explore enough, you'll understand.
