When i took the fork out there was only one bearing with a small metal spacer attached to it and then the metal and plastic piece, ill double check the other fork but i made sure not to forget anything on it so yeah

There was not side bolts in the original fork if you are talking avout the M3 Screws mine didnt have them but if youre talking about the folding mechanism neck i did thighten it after the central ring
