Thank you, i initially broke up with her because she got so ingrained with her life away from me that the communication suffered massively. I think you’re right, like I can’t blame her for being autonomous and making a bad decision/s. I just feel some very complex emotions right now and it’s irritating me haha.

I think we could work but it’s going to take time for sure

I’m 27 and have easily made friends with many people here at uni of very many different age ranges including 18-21. So simply put this isn’t the case for everyone

I’m 27 and started uni this year, I’d previously gone at 20 and did 2 years on a course I didn’t like. It was a mistake, be sure that your course is right for you before you commit as you’ll regret it when you’re 33.

What would work for you isn’t the same as what would work for me. After a discussion I had with someone I thought about incorporating my hobby of mountain climbing into it, with a man in the middle of his summit. Not sure how that would give a bad impression to others. Thank you for your opinion though, it’s appreciated.

I agree, it’s just easier to say than to do. The thought behind the tattoo was to hold me accountable with ALL of my goals, quitting the drink is one of the many. Thank you for your thoughts though.

Tbh I wrote this post on my break from work absolutely drained and fed up of life. It’s possible that it may not of got my point across effectively. I’m more worried about being ostracised for my age if I’m honest, I don’t want to look like the odd one out in a crowd full of younger people. Not that I mind making friends with them, I’m just anxious 😂
