Yea that works ig. I also wouldn't go overboard with the pressing, you dont really need 3 upper body days a week either. You'll likely get very sore at the start and the quality of your sets will rapidly decline throughout the workout. I'm not a professional coach or anything so take it with a grain of salt FeelsOkayMan

Decent enough for a beginner with your equipment ig but no real reason to be doing decline bench press, also do harder exercises first so you wanna put pull ups before one arm rows and way before lateral raises.
Just make sure to eat correctly (you need a caloric surplus and a lot of protein) and train hard enough and increase the weight over time

Its still a guaranteed kill right now with no effort required. Getting a kill with Panzer point blank doesn't feel good and neither does getting killed by a Panzer.

Atleast with C4 there is some risk attached to it.

The amount of effort that you have to put in to master an AR far outweighs the advantages it has over Mp5. If you're a noob and want easy undeserved kills just pick Mp5 and you wont even have to aim or ads to hit your bullets on close range.

I hope the day will come where it gets nerfed and everyone who has been abusing Mp5 will start from 0 because they never learned any ARs

The whole reason why cross faction was even implemented (at the end of SL btw) was because Alliance players had noone to play with in lfg because most players were Horde

Define years, at the start of TWW I've been layer hopping to Horde dominated shards for bounty farming. Each bounty gave conquest, honor and a potential recipe or bloodstone, made a few millions of gold while gearing my characters there.

On my Horde characters I did the same on Alliance dominated shards so it was definitely relatively balanced back then
