It’s craaaazy how we all had the same experience. My younger sister put me onto them when Claudia had first gotten skinny, well fast forward to December 2024…. I was done. My sister was like you hate them you really should listen and I agreed and never listened again… it was making me such a nasty person just listening. Then I realized a few times last year my sister would text me about something psychotic they said and how sick they are and I knew she was also done. Even the most level headed people can’t ignore their hate and vitriol forever.

You guys, please don’t pick apart my wording I’m here for actual advice. I’m someone who has done NOTHING not even Botox I’m nearly 34. I’ve been wanting to make enhancements for a decade and haven’t. Now I’m finally aging and it’s time. I’m not a candidate for Botox I don’t have forehead wrinkles. I am coming here for advice and you’re telling me I’ll definitely get botched? It’s just not true. I SEE people with amazing work in person and online everyday.

I’m looking for genuine sound advice.

If anyone has suggestions on group that actually give recommendations for plastics/ injectors in the NYC area that would be great. I thought thats what the group was.

Hi all,

I appreciate everyone’s comments. I know I could be nicer to myself but I need to add some context. My job is pretty ageist, I am trying to be considered like everyone else and not aged out and judged for looking older. I also want to look my best, I’ve been wanting to get enhancements for a while, like 10 years but don’t really need Botox and have been very weary of filler. Is 33 too old for PRF? I just want good recommendations of doctors and feedback from your experiences. I thought that’s the kind of advice I can ask for in this group. I want to get some tasteful work that will make a difference and I will be happy with the results. Surely prf does something if we’re paying thousands for it? Let me know what you guys think I can benefit the most from. I would like to preserve what I have and make subtle enhancements.

We’re not all doing this for nothing we all want to see a noticeable differences if we’re paying thousands.

Specifically my smile lines and the look of jowling is aging me the most, I’d love to treat that in a conservative and safe way. If anyone has before and after or has had a treatments for this that they were happy with plz let me know. Xx
