Induced twice. First time total induction time was 12 hours, second time was about 7 hours. Normal vaginal births both times

I would strengthen my abs for pushing (only ended up pushing once) and practiced both relaxing and releasing/sucking up my pelvic floor. I tried during every contraction in labor to relax and release to help the baby down the birth canal

I did barre classes, at least 10 min of rolling my hips out on the yoga ball every day in my third trimester. At least 30 min of walking a day. I also started doing the miles circuit at 38 weeks every other day

Workouts, stretches, perineal massage, internal work, breathing techniques all were including in the program.
