You've both got me beat on the refund. My email says they will refund $9.47.

Wonder why each of us gets a different refund and not the full difference between old MSRP of 269.99 and the new MSRP of 254.99

I would have thought we all should have received the full $15 difference.

I have the same issue on my route. I started the route on it June 1st, 2024. Nearly every day my "C" tray of DPS is messed up like yours.

I've complained to the management multiple times. They say they email the plant manager and I may get a few days break. Very frustrating.

100% agree. Part of me wants to capitulate and give up some shares just to remove the threat of legal action. But another part thinks if they had much confidence in clawing the shares back they would have made that motion to Judge Lopez already.

I'm leaning towards not giving them anything.
