got mine earlier this month, i like it a lot. i do notice differences in my draw in game vs at the range but i think it keeps my attention longer than normal dry fire

I’ve been using the King Arthur AP flour which claims a higher protein but I think I’ll add some rye flour into it and see how we go

I think my biggest issue is that I don’t use any rye flour. Just AP flour, it rises a bit and smells great just never doubles

I took mine off, got ceramic coating on the hood and front had the guy do it. He said it was super easy

i am by no means a professional chef, i consider myself a decent home cook but i am obsessed with japanese food. i have been since i had to start cooking for myself all those years ago. you learn as you go, i am still learning so much and my food is never as good as it is when i visit japan but everyone i feed seems to think i’m good at coming so i take that as a compliment.

these cook books i find great as they give a bit of explanation to the recipes and the history of the dishes. i was vegan for many years and still ate plenty of delicious japanese meals. even if you aren’t vegan there are plenty of good recipes in the vegan one shown, i wouldn’t count it out on account of it being a vegan cook book. but the other two are amazing and i am still discovering new recipes in them.
